Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on uvqvisiontech.com are confirmed, priced for shipping, paid for and dispatched. It applies to international orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This policy is provided by Beijing Zidongcheng Technology Co., Ltd. (UVQ Vision Tech).

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through this website does not mean that payment should be made immediately.

When you place an order you provide your shipping information, including your name, email address, telephone number, country, ZIP or postal code, shipping address and the quantity required. Your order remains on hold while our team reviews it.

We will contact you to confirm:

• the shipping destination and delivery address
• the quantity ordered
• the shipment size and weight
• the most suitable shipping method

International shipping is calculated manually by UVQ for each order. An order is not finalised until UVQ has confirmed the shipping cost and the final order total, and payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost depends on the destination, the quantity ordered, the shipment size and weight, and the shipping method. The final shipping cost is calculated manually by UVQ and confirmed with you by email before payment.

Final shipping cost and the final order total will be confirmed by UVQ before payment.

Prices displayed on the website are product prices and do not automatically include international shipping, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or import VAT unless explicitly stated in the applicable quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Payment

The current default payment method is T/T Bank Transfer.

Once the shipping cost and the final order total have been confirmed, UVQ issues a quotation, Proforma Invoice or payment instructions, including T/T (telegraphic transfer) bank payment instructions.

For small or sample orders, the amount is confirmed before payment and the goods are shipped after the payment is received and confirmed.

For bulk, distributor, OEM and ODM orders, the deposit percentage, balance payment and payment milestones are confirmed individually in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Payment must be received and confirmed before shipment. We will confirm receipt of funds with you, and your order will then be prepared and shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be confirmed based on product availability, order quantity, destination, customization requirements and shipping method.

Incoterms

Applicable Incoterms and shipping responsibilities will be confirmed individually in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance responsibilities and related charges depend on the agreed Incoterm, destination and individual order arrangement, and will be confirmed in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after shipment when available.

We do not guarantee that real-time tracking is available for every shipping method or destination.
